Of an apartment building in Zaandam, the outside is measured and each apartment type from the inside. These 3D BIMs are copied and then placed in the measured building. This method saves costs significant. At a next mutation, possible differences can be tracked and updated in the BIM. This model will be used for renovation, management and maintenance.
