3D GeoSolutions measured a corner house and a regular house and made an as-built model for housing corporation GroenWest. Also the surroundings and the street have been included in the 3D model. The measured rentable units are used as the base model for the remaining residences. Furthermore, the residences have been measured on the outside. Of each residence, a BIM has been created, classified according NLsfb and thus useful for management and maintenance.
