The as-built models have multiple uses. Both as engineering data in a CAD/GIS environment and as a basis for a 3D Walkthrough. In other words, maximum experience in a virtual reality.

A municipality has a vacant lot in an established residential area which needs to be redesigned. What will you do with it? You have some ideas, but it's hard to make them visual. Flat drawings are difficult to interpret. There is a better way! Which is in 3D.
